Senior Bid Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Bid Manager. The Senior Bid Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end bid processes, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Responsibilities include developing bid strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and reviewing bid proposals, and maintaining a structured approach for all bidding activities. The role involves managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and identifying ways to improve future processes and bids.

• Strong expertise in Bid Preparation, Bid Writing, and managing detailed proposal documentation
• Proficient knowledge of Bid Management and overseeing comprehensive Bid Processes
• Experience in Proposal Management and ensuring compliance to client requirements
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience in digital solutions, emerging technologies, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, or relevant field
