Your role, your impact As an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you?ll join our data and analytics team to deliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other Azure-based services. You?ll work across the full BI solution lifecycle, transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. You?ll collaborate closely with cross-functional and global delivery teams, applying best practices and developing standards while adapting to evolving business and technical requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced Microsoft data technologies in a dynamic environment backed by strong delivery support. Your day-to-day Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs; Design and develop KPIs, measures, dimensions, and data models to support business objectives; Source, transform, and integrate data from multiple systems into accessible formats using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Azure Data Factory; Build and optimize semantic models, calculations, and visualizations for performance and usability; Lead report design, data sourcing, and transformation efforts from concept to deployment; Develop Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions that align with governance and security standards; Collaborate with technical, functional, and PMO teams to ensure timely and quality delivery; Mentor junior team members on BI best practices; Track and report progress in designated project management systems. Keys to your success Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; Proven experience designing and delivering BI and analytics solutions; Strong skills in data integration: T-SQL, Microsoft Fabric Pipelines, Spark Notebooks, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or equivalent; Strong skills in reporting and analytics: Power BI, Power Query, M, DAX, SSAS, SSRS, Excel; Proficiency in both cloud and on-premises reporting environments; Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions; Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. Extra edge Expertise in transactional and dimensional data modelling for both traditional warehouses and modern lakehouse architectures; Experience with big data platforms, column-oriented datastores, and advanced analytics tools; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; Exposure to data warehouse automation tools such as TimeXtender or Jet Data Manager; Understanding of cloud infrastructure architectures; Domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
