BI Analyst

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across functions.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process or performance improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard standards.
Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for efficiency.
Troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, data refresh issues, and backend data model problems.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, visual, and actionable manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or business analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop & Server) and hands-on experience building complex dashboards.
Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced SQL expertise is very important.
Highly skilled in Tableau
