Medinext Global is seeking a motivated and confident Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, are eager to learn, and want to build a successful career in US IT Staffing.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and market bench consultants (US IT) to potential clients and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consultants.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain activity logs, submission details, and candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in Bench Sales is an advantage but freshers can also apply.

• Work From Office – Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
