Responsibilities And Duties

Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching

and natural environment training arrangements.

Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. Collect,

record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.

Assist with parent and caregiver training per the clients individualized treatment and behavior

reduction protocols. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the

client'sprogress

Utilize safe appropriate handling procedures when working with clients. Maintain

clientconfidentiality.

Assist Lead Behavioral technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing

client materials as instructed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

Collaborate with the treatment team including client, parents, caregivers, and outside

professionals Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: -

Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.

Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Excellent written andverbal communication skills with basic computer/MS office skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, and co-workers.

ABA Free Applied Behavioral Analysis training of 10 to15 days.

Shift timing is 7.5 hours for full time and 5 hours for part time

Qualifications

• Any Psychology graduate can apply
• B.ED/ D.ED
• Early Childhood Care and Education / Montessori education
• MA / BA
• Human Development
• MSW / BSW

[16k for masters and 14k for bachleors -full time 10k for masters and 9k for bachelors for part time]

Vijayawada location salary is 12k for bachelors and 14k for masters
