Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Alpha One Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cosmetic and skincare brands, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer preferences, skin types, and concerns.
Drive product trials and explain features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Handle billing, stock management, and ensure proper product display & hygiene at the store.
Build strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Requirements

Prior experience (1–3 years) in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
Strong knowledge of leading cosmetic and skincare brands.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty and personal care.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings.
