Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Assist senior BDMs in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches. Maintain and update CRM databases with lead and prospect information. Support in managing end-to-end sales cycles ? from prospecting to closure. Develop a strong understanding of Revinfotech?s products and services (FinTech, Blockchain, Web & App Development, UI/UX, etc.). Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and design) to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (IT or tech industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Basic understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and emerging technologies. Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
