Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, email outreach, Google Search, business directories, and other online platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Website Design, Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, CMS, Digital Marketing, AI Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Web Development.
  • Connect with potential clients through proposals, emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with developers and designers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand project scope and timelines.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients and monthly support projects.
  • Maintain records of daily sales activities, leads generated, follow-ups, proposals sent, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Online Bidding, or Lead Generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent proposal writing skills with the ability to prepare customized and technically sound proposals.
  • Good understanding of Web & Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Experience working with international clients
