Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and targeted prospecting campaigns.
- Qualify leads, book appointments and demos for senior sales teams, and maintain accurate sales-stage updates in the CRM.
- Execute follow-ups and nurture inbound inquiries to convert prospects into active opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and timely fulfilment of client requests.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments; participate in sales coaching to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare basic proposals, update pipeline reports, and contribute market feedback to refine outreach messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.
- Proficiency with MS Excel for basic reporting and tracking.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel locally when required.
- High ownership mindset and ability to learn sales processes quickly.
- Internship or project experience in sales, B2B outreach, or recruitment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho CRM).
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Structured sales training and clear career progression to senior BDE/Account Executive roles.
