Business Development Executive (BDE) – Global Sales Location: Hyderabad (On-site)Experience: 0–1 Years (Inside Sales / High-Ticket Sales) About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to sell globally recognized professional security certifications to a worldwide audience.

This is a performance-driven, high-growth role where you will work with Outbound leads and close deals ranging from $50 to $ 1,000+ in certifications.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000/- LPA
  • Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+/month
  • Total Earning Potential: ₹50,000+/month for performers

What You Will Do

  • Cold Calling
  • Conduct discovery calls with global prospects (US, Middle East, India)
  • Understand the candidate's background and recommend the right certification
  • Handle objections and close sales via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments
  • Maintain daily pipeline and update CRM

What We Are Looking For: Must Have:

  • 0-1 year of inside sales/closing experience
  • Experience selling ₹20K+ or high-ticket products/services
  • Strong spoken English (global communication)
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentives
