Banquet Sales Manager
Location: Pune, Bavdhan.

Role Summary
Drive banquet revenue end-to-end generate leads, convert site visits into bookings, and hit monthly sales targets across weddings, corporate, and social events.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via planners, corporates, referrals, and inbound channels
Handle client calls + conduct site visits (closure-focused)
Quote pricing, negotiate, and close deals with advance
Upsell packages (catering, décor, multiple functions)
Build vendor & planner network for repeat business
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

Requirements
3–6 years in banquet / hotel / event sales
Proven closure of wedding/corporate deals
Strong negotiation + local market connections
Languages: English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
