Role Description

As the Legal Head at Balasore Alloys Limited, you will oversee all legal activities within the organization.
Key responsibilities include providing legal counsel, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, handling legal document preparation, and addressing any legal issues that arise.
You will collaborate with various teams to manage legal risks and provide strategic advice on business decisions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata/Balasore, requiring hands-on management of legal operations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Law and Legal Compliance.
Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing complex legal issues.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting.
Ability to analyze and resolve various Legal Issues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in corporate or industry-specific legal affairs is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; LLM or other legal qualifications are beneficial.
