Job Description

Location: Bengaluru, India Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Microservices & API Development:
- Design and implement microservices for functionalities such as FAQ, search, document and feedback management.
- Develop and maintain a reliable API that serves support knowledge to multiple teams.
Cloud & Data Management:
- Leverage Firebase/Firestore for data storage and management.
- Deploy and manage applications on GCP using Cloud Run, Functions, and Jobs.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration and high performance.
- Lay the groundwork for future integrations with Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Programming Languages:
- Expertise in Golang and Python.
Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience deploying and managing applications on GCP with Terraform.
Data Management:
- Familiarity with Firebase/Firestore for handling dynamic data.
Team Collaboration:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
