Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-quality backend services. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable applications using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and components using Java and Spring Boot
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system design discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST APIs, and database systems
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
