About the Role:

We are hiring a Python / AI Developer (2–5 years) with strong backend or full-stack experience. The role requires solid Python skills, exposure to cloud and DevOps ecosystems, or hands-on experience with AI development. You will contribute to building scalable, cloud-native systems and intelligent applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Develop services that leverage agentic AI.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and other stakeholders to integrate with APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing server-side logic.
• Implement security best practices and role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on Python.
• Experience developing agentic AI using frameworks like crew AI, agent SDK, or similar is a bonus
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
• Experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
