This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Manager will oversee and manage back-office operations, handle overall office administration, and support the smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining organized records and processes.
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Finance processes and financial record-keeping
- Experience in Office Administration to oversee and manage administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in an on-site role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
