🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AML/KYC Back Office Executive to join our Compliance and Operations team. The role is non-voice and focuses on KYC document verification, due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate KYC documents for new and existing clients
• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence as per onboarding and regulatory requirements
• Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies
• Perform AML screening using tools such as World-Check, LexisNexis, etc.
• Maintain accurate and complete records in line with AML and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or data gaps
• Ensure timely case processing within defined SLAs
• Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews

🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in AML/KYC or BFSI back-office operations
• Strong understanding of KYC norms, PMLA guidelines, RBI/SEBI regulations
• Hands-on experience with AML tools (World-Check, LexisNexis preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of financial documents (PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation/registration documents, etc.)

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance
• (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA Finance, or related fields)
• AML/KYC certification will be an added advantage
