Job Opening: Back Office Executive

Location: Bhadaj-Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 15-K To 18-K



About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive / Data Entry Operator to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. If you have strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
  • Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies
  • Prepare MIS reports and summaries
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data updates
  • Handle routine administrative and back-office tasks



Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic communication skills



Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in data entry/back office roles
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
