Location: Bhadaj-Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 15-K To 18-K
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive / Data Entry Operator to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. If you have strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
- Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Prepare MIS reports and summaries
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for data updates
- Handle routine administrative and back-office tasks
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic communication skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in data entry/back office roles
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
