Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive cum Tellecaller based in Indore. The individual will handle daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and provide support to internal departments among different verticals. Responsibilities will also include managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high standard of customer relationship management through professional and courteous communication for different verticals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries over calls and maintaining professional service standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, record management, and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily administrative tasks with time management skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving queries.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
