Back End Developer

Backend Developer (NestJS / PostgreSQL / AWS)

We are building a next-generation digital platform under the VANI KABIR LINEAGE ecosystem and are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who can help us architect, develop, and scale the backend infrastructure.

The role involves working closely with the founder and frontend team to build a secure, scalable, and high-performance backend system.

Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services using NestJS

Build and maintain REST APIs to support the Next.js frontend

Design and manage PostgreSQL database architecture

Implement authentication, authorization, and user management systems

Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Razorpay, and Zoom APIs

Handle file uploads and storage using AWS S3

Optimize backend performance and scalability

Work on deployment pipelines using AWS EC2 and RDS

Collaborate with the frontend developer to ensure seamless API integration

Maintain clean, documented, and scalable backend code

Required Skills

Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design

Experience building REST APIs

Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS)

Understanding of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)

Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows

Knowledge of security best practices for APIs

Good to Have

Experience with Stripe / Razorpay integrations

Experience building subscription platforms or SaaS products

Familiarity with Docker / CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of scalable system architecture
