About Replenish NutrAI

Replenish NutrAI is a bootstrapped health technology startup on a mission to change the way millions of people buy supplements — forever. We started in menopause because it is one of the most underserved and misinformed spaces in women’s health, and we are building the clinical-grade platform that women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause have never had. But menopause is just the beginning. Our long-term vision is to become the intelligence layer of the entire supplement market — the platform that brings transparency, clinical evidence, and personalization to an industry that has never had it. We are pre-funding, moving fast, and looking for builders who want to be part of something that matters from the ground up.

What You’ll Build

We have finished Figma designs and a working backend. Your job is to bring the user-facing experience to life. Key screens include:

• Home dashboard with interactive map and environmental scoring
• Daily personalized health insight cards
• Product barcode scanning and validation results display
• User supplement cabinet with status indicators
• Multi-step onboarding flow
• Push notification handling and in-app navigation
  
  

Tech Stack

• React Native with Expo (TypeScript strict mode — no JavaScript files)
• Expo Router + React Navigation for file-based routing
• React Native Reanimated + Gesture Handler for animations
• REST API integration via apisauce (axios wrapper)
• Victory Native / Gifted Charts for data visualization
• expo-notifications, expo-camera, i18next for localization
• Jest + @testing-library/react-native for testing
• Git + GitHub for version control
  
  

Required Skills

• React Native with TypeScript (2+ years preferred)
• Expo framework — routing, notifications, camera, build profiles
• Figma-to-code translation with pixel-accurate implementation
• REST API consumption — loading states, error handling
• React Navigation or Expo Router (tab, stack, modal flows)
• Git + GitHub — branching, PRs, code review workflow
  
  

Nice to Have

• React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler experience
• Chart library experience (Victory Native or similar)
• Map component experience (MapView, overlays, user location)
• i18next or localization library experience
• Background in health, wellness, or femtech products
• Comfortable working directly with a non-technical founder
  
  

Compensation & Growth

This is an unpaid internship. We are a bootstrapped startup with many of our members holding full time jobs, in grad school, or undergrad.
