Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a NodeJS Developer based in Pune, offering the flexibility of partial remote work. The NodeJS Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end and server-side applications. Responsibilities include implementing APIs, collaborating with front-end developers, performance optimization, testing for reliability, and troubleshooting to improve existing systems. Additionally, the role requires adherence to best coding practices and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development, including hands-on experience with Node.js and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Redux.js for building efficient, high-performing applications.
• Knowledge of Front-End Development principles and collaboration with front-end development teams.
• Experience in Software Development with a focus on scalability, security, and maintaining clean and modular codebases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working in a hybrid team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field is preferred.
• Experience with Web3 technology or blockchain development is a strong advantage.
