Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bengaluru Experience : 1-3 Years Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Back-End Developer with 1?3 years of strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern backend development practices. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Docker containerization, file upload and handling, network sockets, and SignalR, along with a good understanding of code coverage and unit testing. The role demands strong debugging capabilities and a proactive mindset for dynamic work environments. This role is for a technical operations team supporting a 24/7 product and will require special scheduling and on-call. Responsibilities Maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end applications using .NET Core and C#. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. Proactively debug issues, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Qualifications 1?3 years of professional experience in .NET Core and C#. Proficiency in file upload, file I/O, and handling large/binary files securely. Solid experience with network sockets and SignalR for real-time features. Deep understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and measuring code coverage. Docker: Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing containers for development, testing, and deployment. Good knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Git and version control workflows. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure. Proficiency with Python and FastAPI. Knowledge of log aggregation and monitoring tools. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. A team player who adapts quickly and works well in cross-functional teams.
