Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back End Developer role based in Agra. The Back End Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that support web and mobile solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing robust application logic, integrating databases and third-party services, optimizing performance and security, and collaborating with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks and API development.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development and Programming skills, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable, and testable code.
• Candidates should possess Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, including understanding of design principles and patterns.
• Candidates should possess basic Front-End Development knowledge to effectively collaborate with UI/UX and front-end teams.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data security.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful services, microservices architectures, and application performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Agra, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
