The Role

We're looking for a Back-End Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on real problems with real impact, alongside a small team that values clarity, curiosity, and good craft.

What You'll Do

• Design and build robust, scalable APIs and backend services.
• Own data modelling, system architecture, and infrastructure decisions.
• Work closely with the front-end team to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Keep systems reliable, observable, and efficient as we scale.
• Explore ways to integrate AI capabilities into the product stack.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Comfortable with at least one backend language — Python, Node.js, Go, or similar.
• Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure basics.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to correctness.
• Ability to take a feature from spec to production with minimal hand-holding.
• Curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping the way we build.
