Job Purpose/ Summary

Responsible for sales order creation in SAP, Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Merchandising experience.

Sales Order Creation experience.

Material Data Management experience.

Guidance to maintain customer wise Production status Files and production follow-up with plant merchant.

Order status follow-up and order sheet maintain.

Meeting dead line for the task assigned.

Collaboration with various internal & external departments.

Knowledge of Basic Computer system, MS Office SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage.Basic Textile product knowledge is an added advantage.

Customer Centricity.

Follow up with Plant PPC and CPPC.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage the sales order creation process within the SAP system ensuring accuracy and efficiencybr Maintain and enhance customer relationships by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfactionbr Gather and analyze data from various sources such as sales inventory and customer behavior to generate actionable insightsbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing plant finance IT supply chain PPC and CPPC to implement datadriven solutions and align business objectivesbr Monitor and track service level agreements to ensure shared services meet agreedupon performance standardsbr Provide operational support to merchandising and other departments ensuring systems and processes are aligned with business needsbr Handle customer inquiries regarding task and delivery timelines providing timely and accurate informationbr Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to tasks and timely delivery ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
