We are building a seamless & hassle-free online visa booking platform. We make it extremely easy and frictionless for travellers to apply for visas. We have now diversified our portfolio by offering Travel Insurance.
We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
As a BDE, you will manage the Sales. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong eye for detail and a self-driven individual with a strong appetite for exponential growth. Further, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Convert incoming leads into successful business opportunities by effectively engaging with potential clients.
- Client Management: Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate visa application processing.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of visa services.
- Visa Application Support: Provide high-quality support and guidance to clients throughout the visa application process.
- Milestone Achievement: Meet and exceed set milestones, ensuring performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Escalation Management: Handle and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive new sales, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities to meet and surpass sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 Years of experience
- Ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers rapidly and take on a high level of responsibility, working closely with industry experts.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, solve problems, and stay organized under pressure.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, depending on business needs and process timelines.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint for daily tasks and reporting.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets related to new sales, referrals, and cross-selling.
