Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode for a B2B Sales Officer. The B2B Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with business clients, and developing channel sales strategies. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service to prospective and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales for B2B environments
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Customer Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in delivering excellent Customer Service
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven attitude
- Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
