Job Description

Position Summary:-

Experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) professional with [5+] years of expertise in implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO standards including ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (Quality)

Essential Functions:-

• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external certification audits.
• Identify and assess environmental and safety risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to EHS standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on environmental and safety pract
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to environmental impact and workplace safety.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Maintain documentation and records as per ISO requirements.
• Preparation of quality reports like PDI, Layout and PPAPs documentation.
• Performing process capability study,MSA study
• Performing root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field. and 5 years experience in automobile indutry.
  
  
  

Additional Information

• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation/auditing.
• Certification in IATF 16949 is prefered.
• Experience in Quality Tools. (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP and FMEA)
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or heavy industry sectors.
• Good communicative competence and assertiveness
• Good negotiating skills with internal team and customers
