Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for warehousing and 3PL solutions. The role involves acquiring new clients, understanding supply chain requirements, and offering customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
  • Approach e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and distribution clients
  • Understand client needs related to warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment
  • Present and sell 3PL, storage, and logistics solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Maintain CRM data and achieve sales targets

Required Skills

  • B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in any discipline
  • Freshers with strong B2B sales interest can apply

Additional Requirements

  • Own laptop is mandatory
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
