Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a B2B Sales Executive. The primary responsibility includes identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will strategize and execute B2B sales initiatives, develop strong networks with institutional clients, analyze market trends, and negotiate contracts while ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills including client acquisition, negotiations, and relationship building
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and formulating sales strategies
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of supply chain management
  • Familiarity with the food and grocery sector or previous B2B sales experience in retail or agriculture is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mysore and travel within the region as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
