Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within staffing, recruitment, or recruitment tech/job boards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support our sales team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients (50?80 leads daily). Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Develop a strong understanding of our staffing and recruitment solutions to present tailored offerings to prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems. Support the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for business development. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: 3?4 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, business development, or sales within staffing, recruitment, recruitment tech, or job boards. Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, or similar platforms for lead generation. Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills . Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram ; hybrid arrangements possible for exceptional talent. Budget: 6 - 7 LPA
