Assistant Vice President - SubStation(Projects)

Position Summary

• Planning & Monitoring of Sub-station Construction activities at site
• On time completion of Projects
• Implementation of innovative ideas for cost & time optimization
• Internal & external stakeholders management
• Leading the team
• Implementing best practices to achieve the Quality & Safety requirements as per SPTL standard.
• Timely MIS Reporting
  
  

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

He is also responsible for all the stakeholder’s management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.

He is accountable for regular monitoring of site execution and maintaining quality & safety requirements at site as per set QHSE standard.

He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.

He is accountable for any deviations / changes taken by contracting agencies and ensure implementation of proper change control process for the same.

He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities.
