Job Description – AVP Sales

Location: Gurgaon | Multi-City Responsibility


Role Overview

The Sales Head will serve as the commercial growth architect of The Circle. This role goes beyond revenue

delivery, it is about building a predictable, high-quality sales engine while strengthening our positioning as India’s leading hospitality workspace brand.

You will lead multi-location sales strategy, drive enterprise mandates, nurture broker networks, and build a performance-oriented sales culture rooted in ownership, integrity, and long-term relationship capital.


Job Description AVP - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets

• Own overall sales strategy and revenue delivery across locations and product lines

• Source leads through IPCs, brokers, referrals, networking, and online platforms

• Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, channel partners, and industry

stakeholders

• Provide direction to team members, ensuring alignment on targets, priorities, and execution

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and weekly performance reports

• Represent The Circle at strategic forums, broker meets, and industry events

• Contribute to expansion planning, new center launches, and go-to-market strategies

• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Community teams to ensure lead quality, center readiness,

and seamless client onboarding

• Identify emerging coworking trends, new business models, and competitor initiatives, and recommend

innovative strategies to improve sales performance


Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/ Maters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in sales of at least 12 years, preferably in the co-working industry

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into revenue outcomes
