Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of documented professional experience (any industry)
- Flexiblty to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs (including night shift)
- Higher Secondary (HSC) qualification is mandatory
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, parts, and functions
- Familiarity with vehicle variants, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
- Comfortable handling customer conversations via chat and digital platforms
Applicants with prior experience in automotive-related environments such as:
- Vehicle dealerships or service centers
- Auto sales or automotive support roles
- Online automobile platforms (e.g., used-car marketplaces or vehicle comparison portals)
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and assisted support tools
- Guide customers on vehicle models, specifications, and pricing options
- Help with booking-related queries and delivery status tracking
- Address and resolve vehicle-related questions or concerns efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates
- Ensure a consistent, courteous, and high-quality customer experience
