As an Automation/DevOps Engineer - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting delivery teams to achieve client objectives. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to clients. Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery
• Designing and implementing business process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Leading project management efforts to validate timely delivery of managed services
• Collaborating with delivery teams to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their needs effectively
• Developing and maintaining automation solutions to support continuous process improvement
• Overseeing service level management to maintain performance standards
• Facilitating business transformation initiatives through digital and process optimization strategies
• Supporting operational risk management by documenting and mitigating potential risks
  
  

What You Must Have

• AgentOps & LLM Reliability Engineering (Langfuse / LangSmith / OpenTelemetry / Datadog / AgentOps)
• LLM Evaluation & Guardrail Frameworks (LangSmith Evals / OpenAI Evals / DeepEval / Ragas / Guardrails AI / NeMo Guardrails)
• Observability, Tracing & Production Monitoring (OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Datadog / LangSmith / Prometheus / Grafana)
• Incident Response, SRE & Production Operations (PagerDuty / Opsgenie / ServiceNow / Jira / SLO-SLI/Error Budget practices)
• Python Development & Automation (Python / FastAPI / Pytest / asyncio / Git)
• At least 6-9 years of experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
