As an Automation/DevOps Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

As an Associate, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and learning are key. You will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes. You will be expected to take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success for our team. Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagement by contributing to managed services projects and initiatives
• Developing automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Designing and implementing automation frameworks to optimize service delivery
• Participating in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance operational performance
• Collaborating with delivery teams to manage service transitions and performance risks
• Engaging in project management tasks to validate timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Utilizing data quality automation techniques to improve process accuracy and reliability
• Analyzing process performance data to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Applying operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential service disruptions
• Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and driving value for clients
  
  

What You Must Have

• Python Automation & Scripting (Python / Bash / SQL / REST APIs)
• DevOps & CI/CD (Git / GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Docker)
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure / Containers)
• IT Automation & ServiceNow (ServiceNow Flow Designer / IntegrationHub / ServiceNow APIs)
• Monitoring & Observability (Datadog / Grafana / Prometheus / Splunk)
• At least 3-5 years of experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
