Job Title: Automation Tester-Selenium, Java

Job Type: Full-time

Experience : 7-10 years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium with Java/C#/Python or Playwright framework, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies, test automation strategies, and modern testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Playwright frameworks
• Perform manual testing when required, including functional, regression, system, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Build and maintain test frameworks and improve existing automation frameworks
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Testing (Selenium OR Playwright)
• Expertise in at least one programming language:
• Java OR C# OR Python
• Hands-on experience with:
• Test frameworks (TestNG, NUnit, PyTest, etc.)
• Automation design patterns (Page Object Model, etc.)
• Solid understanding of manual testing concepts
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
