Role Description

We’re looking for an IT Automation Architect with deep hands on experience in IT operations, automation, and enterprise platforms. You’ll help define how our AI designs safe, scalable automation workflows across identity, endpoint, and infrastructure systems. This is a high impact role where your real world IT knowledge directly shapes the product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands on IT operations experience (systems, infrastructure, or enterprise IT).
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Intune).
• Strong understanding of ITSM workflows, identity, endpoint, and access management.
• Proven experience building or managing production automation.
• Strong PowerShell knowledge; familiarity with APIs and Python concepts.
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools (Power Automate, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Solid grasp of security, least privilege, audit logging, and compliance basics.
• Ability to write clear technical requirements engineers can actually build from.

What You'll Do

• Define automation patterns for core IT workflows (onboarding/offboarding, access management, endpoint remediation).
• Design integration requirements for M365, Google Workspace, ITSM tools, RMMs, and cloud platforms.
• Capture real IT “tribal knowledge” and turn it into clear, implementable specs for developers.
• Define safety guardrails to prevent risky or destructive automations.
• Partner closely with engineers to review designs, validate integrations, and define real-world test cases.
• Work with early customers to validate workflows and improve usability.
