Job Descriptions

• Drafting skills and good knowledge of detailing.
• Should possess working knowledge of presentation drawings, working drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings and coordination drawings.
• Must have an exposure of working on layout, ceiling plans, elevations, wall sections, floor plans, complete bedroom design, furniture details & designing.

Required Education / Experience

1. High School Diploma required / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is must
2. Experience in reading blueprint is highly recommend
3. Must have minimum 1 – 2 year’s experience in AutoCAD Drafting
4. Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
6. Ability to read blueprints / drawings received from customers.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to interpret specification sheets from architects and designers.
9. Strong communication skills ( verbal and written )
10. Natural details orientation
11. Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work
12. Ability to meet deadline consistently.
