We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate profile drawings from physical samples, customer PDF drawings, and technical references. The role also includes preparing plant layouts, production-related drawings, and supporting the engineering and extrusion development team.

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for aluminium extrusion profiles based on:
• Physical samples
• Customer PDF drawings
• Hand sketches and technical references
• Develop and modify profile cross-section drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Prepare plant layout drawings for machinery installation, material flow, utility planning, and shop-floor arrangement.
• Coordinate with production, die development, quality, and sales teams for drawing approvals and modifications.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation systematically.
• Ensure all drawings comply with customer specifications and internal standards.
• Support new product development and extrusion profile feasibility studies.
• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings whenever required.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations and layout plans for projects.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and extrusion profile sections.
• Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and basic manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of plant layout preparation and machine positioning.
• Basic knowledge of aluminium extrusion profiles will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting or industrial design work preferred.

• AutoCAD
• MS Office
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software will be an added advantage.
