Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400067

Office Timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) & 5:00 am to 11:00 am (Saturday)

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Processor to support our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and the ability to manage loan files from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities: • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to collect and verify required information • Order property valuations, conduct credit checks, and verify income and employment • Data entry into CRM systems and lender platforms • Prepare and submit lender applications as per compliance guidelines • Track loan progress and follow up to ensure timely settlement • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of loan files • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with Australian mortgage regulations

Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Australian mortgage processing (Loan processing for brokers or lenders) • Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian lending processes, lender portals, and CRM systems • Skills: o Excellent written and verbal English communication o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills o Ability to multitask and work within deadlines o Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
