Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Audio-Visual Pre-sales Engineer and Sales Manager. The responsibilities include preparing tailored audio-visual system proposals, supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical expertise, identifying customer requirements, and delivering presentations to communicate the proposed solutions effectively. The role also entails building client relationships, addressing technical queries, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to identify client requirements and deliver technical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, present solutions, and address inquiries confidently.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build positive relationships and achieve business goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze technical challenges, and collaborate with internal teams for project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field; prior experience in the audio-visual or IT industry is advantageous.
