We are looking for a seasoned Training Leader to drive large-scale transformation across global voice operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business-aligned training, performance improvement, and CX excellence.

What You’ll Drive

• Lead and execute global training strategy aligned to business goals and operational KPIs
• Own end-to-end training lifecycle across large international voice BPO operations
• Build scalable, standardized training frameworks across multiple geographies
• Partner with operations to improve CSAT, Quality, AHT, and productivity
• Drive onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs
• Own training P&L, cost optimization, and ROI
• Influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner

What We’re Looking For

• 20+ years of experience in Training within international Voice BPO / CX operations
• Proven experience managing large, multi-location training teams
• Strong understanding of CX metrics & operational performance drivers
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and business impact through training
• Experience in driving AI / tech-led learning transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
