About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Implementation Expert to manage and lead the technical aspects of implementing our product solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, system & data integrations, and client requirements. You will work closely with client implementation teams, product teams, engineering, and IT to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions.



Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of products, ensuring successful deployment and integration with client environments.
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage resources and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and presentations, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in product implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Build reusable software assets that enable healthcare interoperability and integration platforms, along with robust technical frameworks for data acquisition, and for ensuring data quality, integrity, and completeness.
  • Develop sales and provider solution assets to accelerate solutions development and implementation.
  • Ensure all compliance, security, and quality standards are met throughout the process.
  • Lead a team of implementation managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and best practices.
  • Implement best practices for process improvement in product implementation.
  • Gather feedback post-implementation to refine future processes.


Role Prerequisites

  • 16+ years of experience in product implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale product implementations, preferably in technology or software companies.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, product management, and client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management and ensuring alignment with business goals.


Functional Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), interoperability standards, and data security.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards and vocabulary / terminology standards like ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, RxNorm, SNOMED-CT, HL7 v2.x messaging standards, HL7 CD document standards, HL7 FHIR, XML/JSON, X12 EDI 270/271, 278, 837/835.
  • Expertise in software implementation and deployment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions, SaaS platforms, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and data migration processes.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Financial Clearance, Patient Engagement, Clinical Solutions and Value Based Care.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and documentation tools.
  • Experience in coordinating with technical teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementations.
  • Experience in establishing and tracking KPIs to measure program success.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Agile Methodologies) preferred.
