Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Compensation: ₹45–50 LPA (Max 35% hike on current CTC)

About The Opportunity

A leading global insurance and financial services organization is looking to hire an experienced Associate Vice President – Operations Management to lead large-scale insurance broking operations in India.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for professionals who bring strong operational expertise within global insurance broking environments, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C) or Employee Benefits operations.

The role will involve leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operational management of insurance broking operations
  • Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams while driving performance and accountability
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with global business objectives
  • Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Drive technology adoption and operational process improvements
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Strengthen client relationships and service delivery standards
  • Provide executive-level reporting, operational insights, and performance analytics to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall experience in operations within Insurance / Financial Services
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or management role
  • Proven experience in Global Insurance Broking Operations
  • Strong exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) or Employee Benefits operations
  • Understanding of the Indian insurance industry landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex operational environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
