Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven leader to head Digital Media Strategy & Performance. This role will drive integrated media strategies, lead high-impact campaigns, and play a key role in winning new business through compelling pitches and innovative thinking, while working closely with the business team to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital media strategy & planning across platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, etc.)
• Drive performance marketing excellence with a strong focus on ROI, optimization, and growth
• Own and lead new business pitches—from insight mining to media strategy, storytelling, and presentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
• Partner with the media strategy & performance team to drive high-quality, data-led outcomes and strengthen overall capability
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term partnerships
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platforms to bring innovative solutions to clients
• Ensure strong governance on campaign performance, reporting, and business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in media planning & strategy within a advertising agency
• Strong track record in performance marketing (paid media, analytics, optimization)
• Hands-on experience leading new business pitches and conversions
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
• Strong stakeholder management & client-facing skills
