Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing service experts at training centers
• Train experts on service quality, SOPs, grooming standards, and customer interaction
• Support onboarding and certification of experts post-training
• Monitor trainee performance and provide real-time feedback
• Ensure consistency and standardization in training delivery across batches
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance trackers
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
• Assist in improving training modules, content, and processes
