Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an ITI Trainee in Wiring & Assembly (Harness/Electrical). The trainee will assist in wiring electrical panels, assembling cable harnesses, routing and terminating cables, and ensuring connections follow technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Daily tasks include using basic hand tools, checking continuity, labeling wires, and supporting senior technicians in installation and testing activities. The role also involves maintaining work area safety, following standard operating procedures, and documenting work completed as per company guidelines. The trainee will be expected to learn and follow quality standards, support troubleshooting under supervision, and collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines.
Qualifications

  • Completed ITI in Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, or a related electrical trade from a recognized institution.
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring, cable harness assembly, and use of hand tools (cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers, multimeter).
  • Ability to read and follow simple technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical safety practices and willingness to strictly adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Good attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately, and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing/assembly environment and collaborate with a diverse technical team.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Hindi to understand instructions and report issues.
  • Eagerness to learn, flexibility to perform repetitive tasks, and readiness to take on additional responsibilities as trained.
