Position: Collection Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers for loan EMI collections
  • Handle telephonic collections and recovery calls
  • Maintain proper records of payments and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for recovery resolution
  • Ensure timely collection and meet assigned targets
